Frequently Asked Questions 

Returns/ Exchanges

  • No refunds or exchanges  on custom items unless error has been made by the seller.  
  • Please email us within 4 days of receiving order if you find any issue with your order.  
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all custom work prior to approving final design.  Once design is approved order will be processed as approved.
  • There are no refunds issued on digital products purchased from NJOY Creative Lab, LLC.

 

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Standard Processing:  Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days.  
  • Rush Orders: Rush orders an be requested for an additional fee. Rush order processing time is 3-6 days.
  • Shipping: Once your order is processed it will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout.  An email will be sent to the email address provided with the tracking information.  
  • If your order has not been received by the specified time a claim can be place directly with carrier.

 

Image Quality

The quality of the image provided impacts the quality of the image on your product.  

  • The image should be a minimum of 300dpi at the size you would like your image on your product.  For example, if you want a 12x12 image on a shirt the image should be 300 dpi at 12 in x12 in.
